About the Project
In an extremely quiet residential complex on the outskirts of the Kierling district in Klosterneuburg, eight modern semi-detached houses are being built. Each semi-detached house is situated on its own plot of land, with each half being assigned its own share of the property. This project offers the possibility of a neighborly coexistence in the midst of nature, just 25 minutes from the city center of Vienna. The semi-detached houses are nestled in sheep pastures and the Eichenhain Nature Park, thus providing an ideal retreat for city dwellers and nature enthusiasts.
The semi-detached houses will be constructed from ecologically sustainable materials, including mineral thermal insulation, local timber construction, a gravel roof, and partly a wooden facade. A sustainable heating system, consisting of an air-to-water heat pump combined with a controlled residential ventilation system, will be used for heating. A highlight is also the natural pond built on communal green space, with an area of approximately 80-100 m², which can be used by all owners.
